This is Department 56 ~ TUTBURY PRINTER which is part of a Set of 2 Shops (KING'S ROAD SET) and is Item #55689. ~ These shops were introduced in 1990 and retired in 1996. ~ The other shop is C.H. WATT PHYSICIAN & is also in our listings. ~ This building comes with a light that fits into the building which includes a light switch. ~ They are created from a fine porcelain bisque which allows the porosity of the piece to show thru beautifully when lit!

These buildings come in their own styrofoam container with sleeve around it. ~ Each building has the name of the piece as well as the Department 56 logo stamped into the bottom of the piece to prove the authenticity of the piece.

These Department 56 buildings are from shop inventory after closing our business so are NEW and in MINT CONDITION with original packaging.
