This is Department 56 ~ THE MALTINGS which is Item #58335. ~ This building was introduced in 1995 and retired in 1998. ~~~ Each building comes with it's own light which includes a light switch. ~ They are created from a fine porcelain which allows the porosity of the piece to show thru beautifully when lit!

Each of these buildings come in their own styrofoam container with sleeve around it. ~ Each building has the name of the piece as well as the Department 56 logo stamped into the bottom of the piece to prove the authenticity of the piece.

These Department 56 buildings are from shop inventory after closing our business so are NEW and in MINT CONDITION with original packaging.
