This is Department 56 ~ SETON MORRIS SPICE MERCHANT SET which is Item #58308. ~ This building is a LIMITED EDITION which was introduced in 1998 and retired the same year. ~ The Set of 10 includes the Shop, a 3 piece accessory "Christmas Apples", 4 sisal trees, Cobblestone Road & a bag of snow. ~~~ Each building comes with it's own light which includes a light switch. ~ They are created from a fine porcelain bisque which allows the porosity of the piece to show thru beautifully when lit!

Each of these buildings come in their own styrofoam container with sleeve around it. ~ Each building has the name of the piece as well as the Department 56 logo stamped into the bottom of the piece to prove the authenticity of the piece.

These Department 56 buildings was a purchase from another store for a customer who did not pick it up, so is NEW and in MINT CONDITION with original packaging.
