This is Department 56 ~ PEGGOTTY'S SEASIDE COTTAGE which is Item #55506 and is a part of DAVID COPPERFIELD Cottages. This one is the RARE VERSION Color of Tan & the regular color is dark green. ~ This cottage was introduced in 1989 and retired in 1992. ~ This  cottage comes with it's own light which includes a light switch. ~ It is created from a fine porcelain bisque which allows the porosity of the piece to show thru beautifully when lit!

These buildings come in their own styrofoam container with sleeve around it. ~ Each building has the name of the piece as well as the Department 56 logo stamped into the bottom of the piece to prove the authenticity of the piece.

These Department 56 buildings are from shop inventory after closing our business so are NEW and in MINT CONDITION with original packaging.
