This is Boyd's ~ MS. BERRIWEATHER'S COTTAGE which is a 1998 MEMBER ONLY Figurine. ~ It is Boyd's Item #01998-41, was introduced in 1998 and retired that same year. ~ Across the front of the base it reads "MS. BERRIWEATHER'S COTTAGE" and there is a bird house with a sign on it that reads "house for wren-t" and a couple of birds standing outside of it with their suitcase. ~ Her cat is on the other side of her checking out the birds! ~ The quote on the bottom reads "A LITTLE HOUSE - A HOUSE OF MY OWN - OUT OF THE WIND'S AND RAIN'S WAY." by Padriac Colum. ~~~~~
