THE TEACHER which is Item #4905. ~ She is from the YESTERDAY'S CHILD Doll Collection and is a 16" LIMITED EDITION Doll. ~ Each doll features custom-designed clothing and accessories; a hand fashioned wig; intricately crafted, cold-cast resin hands and feet (a Boyd's innovation); a hand-painted face; and a plush Best Friend. ~ They hand-number and back-stamp each doll on the back of their neck and that number is also on the CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY. ~ They come in their own Boyd's Doll Box. ~~~~~

MS. ASHLEY is wearing a blue dress with an antique colored eyelet collar with pearls. ~ She has a large pendant at the neckline and some very elegant buttons the rest of the way down the front of the dress. ~ Her bear friend is holding a small chalkboard that reads "READING IS FUN" and a piece of chalk, all of which are resin.
