BETSY is wearing a darling blue sailor dress with a pink tie that goes around the top and ties in the front. ~ There is an anchor embroidered on the top part of her dress. ~ She is wearing a straw hat with blue, rose and pink florals on it. ~ Her little bear friend is wearing a sailor collar with stars on each of the front corners and a little sailor hat. ~ There is also a mini sailboat included.
