This is Westland ~  Mini Water Globe with a BLACK LABRADOR DOG. ~ It is approximately 3.5" high and has a wooden base. ~ When you shake them there are colored flecks that move inside. ~ Sorry for the reflection from the window that the camera picked up! ~~~~~
