This is Department 56 Dicken's Village ~ HARVEST PUMPKIN WAGON which is Item #56591. ~ It was introduced in 1995 and retired in 1999.  They are created from a fine porcelain bisque. ~ This is an absolutely beautiful fall piece and can be displayed during that season as well! ~~~~~
