This is Department 56 ~ STONEY BROOK TOWN HALL which is from NEW ENGLAND SERIES and is ITEM #56448. ~ This building was introduced in 1992 and retired in 1995. ~ The STONEY BROOK TOWN HALL comes with it's own light which includes a light switch. ~ They are created from a fine porcelain which allows the porosity of the piece to show thru beautifully when lit! ~~~~~

These buildings come in their own styrofoam container with sleeve around it. ~ Each building has the name of the piece as well as the Department 56 logo stamped into the bottom of the piece to prove the authenticity of the piece.
