This is Cherished Teddy ~ URSULA And BERNHARD which is Item #848603. ~ When the first Snowbears were introduced in 2000, it marked the first time that these teddies were created in a "snowman" form. ~ This piece was introduced in 2001 and is 4" high. ~ The quote on the bottom reads "IN THE WINTER, WE CAN BUILD A SNOWMAN". ~ This particular piece can be displayed all winter! ~~~~~
