This is Cherished Teddies ~ DARREN which is Item #784974 and was introduced and retired in 2000. ~ This is a three piece set consisting of the tin with the picture of Darren on it, a plush bear with a knit scarf and the figurine of Darren. ~ The verse on the bottom of Darren reads "NOTHING'S COZIER THAN FRIENDSHIP". ~ This is the only way that this figure was available and it sold for $25.00. ~~~~~
