This is Boyd's ~ THE COLLECTOR FRAME which is Item #27301. ~ This frame will hold a 3.5" x 5" photo. ~ The frame stands 7.75" high and has a battery operated light at the top. ~ The verse on the bottom reads "WHEN LOVE AND SKILL WORK TOGETHER EXPECT A MASTERPIECE" by John Ruskin. ~ This piece was introduced in 1998 and retired in 2000. ~~~~~
