This is Boyd's ~ OTIS ... THE FISHERMAN which is Item #2249-06. ~ He was introduced in 1995 and retired in 1998. ~ He is reading the book "Fishing Made Easy" and has a fishing rod and creel as well as the fishing lures that are attached to his fishing hat. ~ The quote on the bottom of the piece reads "I HAVE LAID ASIDE BUSINESS AND GONE A-FISHING" by Izaak Walton. ~~~~~
