This is Boyd's ~ INGRID & OLAF...BE WARM Votive Holder which is Item #27801. ~ This piece was introduced in 1998 and retired in 2000. ~ The quote on the bottom reads "THE SPRING COMES SLOWLY UP THIS WAY" by Samuel Taylor Coleridge. ~ This piece is 4.5" high and is a heavy Votive Holder that includes a heavy frosty votive cup. ~ When this votive is lit the light shows through openings in the holder. ~ The scarves the two snowmen are knitting that are encircling the votive read "BE WARM" making this a Votive Holder that can be used ALL WINTER LONG! ~~~~~
