This is Boyd's ~ GROVER plush bear which is Item #91739. ~ He was introduced in 1997 and retired in 1998. ~ Grover is a part of T.J.'s Best Dressed Series. ~ He is an 8" chenille bear dressed in pastel blue velveteen rompers with a matching bow tie. ~ He is a very dapper young bear! ~~~~~
