This is Boyd's ~ ELGIN & ELLIOTT The ELVES Votive Holder which is Item #22771. ~ This piece was introduced in 1996 and is 3.5" high. ~ This is a heavy votive holder and includes a heavy Christmas Red votive cup. ~ It looks terrific when lit as the light comes through the openings in the holder. ~ The verse on the bottom reads "THERE IS NO PLACE MORE DELIGHTFUL THAN ONE'S OWN FIREPLACE" by Cicero. ~~~~~
