This is Boyd's ~ BERT BLIZZARD Snowman Ornament which is Item #56192. ~ He is a 3.5" winter-white chenille snowman ornament with green earmuffs, mitts and scarf with embroidered snowflakes on it. ~ He was issued in 1999 and, of course, he has an orange carrot nose! ~~~~~
