Product Description
This is Boyd's ~ TABITHA With WOLSEY & ZIP... FLYING HIGH which is Item #228319. ~ This Halloween piece was introduced in 1999 and retired the same year and stands 8.5" high x 4" across. ~ Because it was only available for a short length of time they are definitely HARD TO FIND. ~ The band on the front at the bottom reads "HAPPY HALLOWEEN". ~ This has never been displayed and is a 1E. ~~~~~
