This is Boyd's ~ SPARKY McPLUG which is Item #2871. ~ He is from Boyd's FOLKSTONE COLLECTION and stands 7.25" high. ~ This piece was later renamed LUCKY McPLUG because of copyright issues which made this version more valuable as there were not as many created. ~ The verse on the bottom reads "THE WILL TO DO, THE SOUL TO DARE" by Walter Scott. ~ The hand-written number on this piece is 1E/3098. ~~~~~
Our Boyd's Products are from shop inventory after closing our business so are NEW and in MINT CONDITION with original box and packaging. ~ I had this piece set aside for myself and never got around to displaying it!
