This is Boyd's ~ BEARLY NICK And BUDDIES which is Item #28001. ~ He is from Boyd's FOLKSTONE COLLECTION and is 7" high. ~ The front of the base has a paw print and reads "THE BOYDS COLLECTION ~ BOYDS BEARS & FRIENDS". ~ There are four smaller bears with him, a white bear in a bag as well as three little ones with tags: To Tina (The Head Bean's Wife) and to Matthew (His Son) and to Bailey (His Daughter). ~ The verse on the bottom reads "LAUGHTER IS NOT AT ALL A BAD BEGINNING FOR FRIENDSHIP" by Byron. ~~~~~
