This is Boyd's ~ JOY With SMOOCH...MISTLETOE KISSES which is Item #4947. ~ In 2000, doll artist Julie Good-Kruger joined the Boyds Family and has built upon YESTERDAY'S CHILD...THE DOLL COLLECTION, which are 16" LIMITED EDITION Dolls. ~ Each doll has custom-designed clothing and accessories; a hand fashioned wig; intricately crafted, cold-cast resin hands and feet (a Boyd's innovation!); a hand-painted porcelain face; and a plush play companion. ~ Each doll is hand-numbered and back-stamped. ~ They come with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY with that same number on it as well as their own Boyd's Doll Box. ~~~ Joy is dressed in her holiday frock complete with a ruffle collar, smocking details, and an embroidered gingerbread design on the yoke of the dress. ~ Her pantaloons feature ribbon accents and her look is complete with resin antique-style, button-up boots. ~ Smooch is dressed in a matching country jumper. ~ Joy is holding mistletoe in her hand and a basket full of evergreens, berries and gold stars which they are using for decorating. ~~~~~
