This is Boyd's ~ ARIEL & YENTA...FINDING MY PRINCE which is Item #4941. ~ In 2000, doll artist Julie Good-Kruger joined the Boyds Family and has built upon YESTERDAY'S CHILD...THE DOLL COLLECTION, which are 16" LIMITED EDITION Dolls.~ Each doll has custom-designed clothing and accessories; a hand fashioned wig; intricately crafted, cold-cast resin hands and feet (a Boyd's innovation!) a hand-painted porcelain face; and a plush play companion. ~ Each doll is hand-numbered and back-stamped. ~ They come with a CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY with that same number on it as well as their own Boyd's Doll Box. ~~~ Ariel, Boyd's first copper-haired doll, wears a cotton floral dress, a slip, pantaloons, and a silk flower hair garland. ~ She has resin sandals on her feet. ~ She holds a real net in one hand and, in the other, her frog prince - made of resin, hand-painted, and complete with a gold crown...and a goofy grin! ~ Yenta, her royal watcher, keeps an eye on the cast-offs (hand-painted resin frogs in a resin pail)! ~~~~~
